    1、 耐磨浇注料是建立在流变学、粉体工程学、胶体化学、热力 学等前沿耐火材料理论基础上充分优化生产而成的 。
    The production of wear-resistant castables is optimized based on the theory of rheology, powder engineering, collochemistry and thermodynamics.
     
    2、 引入微米级和亚微米级超微粉,保证在中低温情况下就产生莫来石化,中高温下形成陶瓷结合 。
    Micron and submicron powder is introduced into the castables in order to form mullite phase at medium and low temperature and ceramic bonding at medium and high temperature.
     
    3、 引入具有不同作用的添加剂,改善施工性能和使用性能 。
    Additives with different effects are added to improve the construction property and service performance.
     
    4、 运用计算机仿真系统,按照FURNAS公式,设计浇注料颗粒的科学配比组成,提高强度、抗热震性和耐磨性 。
    The optimum particle composition is designed according to FURNAS Formula by using computer dummy to enhance the strength, thermal shock resistance and wear resistance of the castables.
     
    5、 采用外加剂和机制粉料共磨技术,使外加剂充分分散均匀 。
    Admixture and mechanism powder co-grinding technology make the admixture fully dispersed.
     
    6、 加入防缩剂,防止衬体在高温下因 烧结而产生收缩,导致龟裂的现象 。
    Shrinkproof agent is added in order to restrict the shrinkage at high temperature and avoid the formation of crazing.
     
    7、 加入抗侵蚀剂,引入特定化学成分,提高耐火材料抗SO2,、NO2,侵蚀能力  。
    Corrosion resistant additive is added in order to enhance the SO2 and NO2 corrosion resistance.
